Cell service typically drops about 15 minutes before you arrive at the resort.
We do have Wi-Fi available, which works well for Wi-Fi calling, checking emails, and light browsing. Because we are in a rural area, the connection is not strong enough for streaming, and it may not reach every cabin or RV site, especially when the park is full.
We recommend downloading anything you may need before arriving.

Yes, we welcome responsible dog owners.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after (bags are provided).
Cabins allow one large dog (over 30 lbs) or two small dogs (under 30 lbs).
RV sites allow up to two pets (dogs, cats, or a combination).We do not charge a pet fee, so we ask that guests help keep the property clean and respectful for everyone.

Yes. All cabin rentals include basic bed linens, bedding, and bath towels.
If you prefer extra pillows or a favorite blanket, you may want to bring those from home.

Our lake is electric motor only, all gas motors must be removed before using your boat on Pinantan Lake.
If your boat is on a trailer, it must be launched at one of the nearby public boat launches.
For smaller or rooftop boats, let us know ahead of time and we can help transport it to the water using our ATV and trailer.
Dock moorage is free, but available on a first-come, first-served basis. If space is limited, you may need to pull your boat onto the beach overnight.

Due to wildfire risk in BC, we limit the number of fire pits on the property to help ensure they are used safely and properly extinguished.
We have several communal fire pits available for guests to enjoy, with firewood provided. These larger spaces are designed to be shared and enjoyed together.
Propane fire pits are welcome at cabins and RV sites.

Our property is large and most of our time is spent outdoors maintaining the resort, so we are not always available in the office.
Booking online or by email allows us to respond more efficiently and ensures reservations are handled in the order they are received. It also helps us keep accurate records of all bookings.

As with most hotels and vacation rentals, we require a credit card on file for incidental damages.
We aim to be fair and understanding, especially if guests let us know about any issues before checkout. Cabins are expected to be treated with the same care as you would your own home.

The resort is open seasonally from May to mid-October, weather permitting.
Limited winter accommodations may be available by request from December through February.
