Get out on the water

One of the best ways to experience Pinantan Lake is from the water. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of our kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards, or rent one of our fishing boats to explore the lake at their own pace.

Whether you’re planning a relaxing paddle, a day of fishing, or simply taking in the scenery, our lakeside equipment makes it easy to enjoy your time at the resort.

Complimentary Equipment for Guests

Guests staying at the resort are welcome to use our kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards free of charge.

Equipment is available daily from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM (or dusk).

Please return all equipment after use and treat it with care so it can remain available for everyone.

Use at your own risk. The resort is not liable for use of equipment.

Fishing Boat Rentals

Spend the day fishing for rainbow trout on Pinantan Lake with one of our available fishing boats.

We offer both traditional row boats and boats equipped with electric motors.

Pricing +GST

Row Boat (no motor)

$25 – 4 hours
$45 – 8 hours

Boat with Motor & Battery

$50 – 4 hours
$90 – 8 hours

Additional Information

• Rentals must be booked in advance through the office
• Availability is limited
• Rentals are available for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) only.

Note

Guests staying at the resort receive discounted pricing for multi-day rentals. Please inquire when booking your accommodation.

Boat Assistance

If your boat is not on a trailer, our staff can often assist with transport to and from the lake using our quad trailer.

Please speak with staff when you check in if you need assistance.

If assistance is required outside office hours (3–8 PM), arrangements must be made with the office the day before.

This service is offered free of charge, though tips are appreciated.

Dock & Mooring

Guests staying at the resort may moor their boats at the dock free of charge.

Dock space is available first-come, first-served, and if space is full boats may need to be pulled onto the beach.

Staff are happy to help if you’re unsure where to moor.

Rentals for Non-Guests

Kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards are reserved for guests staying at the resort.

Fishing boats may be rented by non-guests, subject to availability.
